Within this site we aim to inform visitors of the type of research we undertake at Bristol and in conjunction with other atmospheric chemistry locations worldwide. Our research methods, results and interpretation aim to increase understanding of the impacts of mankind's industrial needs and activities are having on the environmental systems of the Earth. In particular we aim to contribute towards increased global understanding of the problems causing stratospheric ozone loss, global climate change and surface pollutant increases.
